PERSONNEL
Field & Hall has a core group of specialist tradespeople and management staff drawing on the expertise of established and project-experienced subcontractors as required, to ensure each project is completed to our exacting standards.
Managing Director – Richard Field
Richard has been with the company since July 1981, Managing Director since 1986, and has been the sole owner of Field & Hall Limited since 2003. Richard acts as the Construction Manager and oversees the Quantity Surveying required for each project. He holds a NZ Certificate in Building and is a member of the NZ Institute of Building.
Project Manager – Duncan Field
Duncan is responsible for the planning and coordination of all aspects on the construction process, including resourcing and working with engineers, architects and clients to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Duncan has been with Field & Hall since 2008 and is a qualified carpenter.
Contracts Manager – Anna Field
Anna is responsible for quantity surveying processes in tendering, contract pricing and administration working with clients, architects and engineers, to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Anna has been with Field & Hall since 2017 and is a qualified accountant.
Construction Supervisor – Ted Hart
Ted is our Construction Supervisor and began as an apprentice for Field & Hall in March 1977. Ted is a Licenced Building Practitioner.
We train and employ our own permanent carpenters, some of whom have been with the company for over 10 years.
We have strong, long-term relationships with our subcontractors, as with many of our clients.
